Who makes it
Our head Chef Rob Yoas, is the driving force behind the concept and menu. He is in the kitchen — all day, everyday. Rob was born in Monroe, Michigan and began traveling shortly after. He lived and worked in Ohio, Missouri, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, California, New Jersey, New York, Florida and the great state of Texas — all of this was before his time in the military. Rob is an Air Force veteran with over 11 years of service, hence the haircut and “attention to detail.” Now his career and focus is bringing his unique refined casual cuisine to the San Antonio forefront.
Rob is a local Culinary Institute of America graduate and perhaps the first from the campus to open his own restaurant. He has developed his kitchen around other talented CIA alumni. They all share the same beliefs and support the concept of good food prepared fresh the right way with no short cuts at an affordable price in a casual setting.
