Where we get it
First and foremost, the food comes from the heart and soul. A deep soul that only develops from struggle and hard work — and slow cooking. The most pronounced flavor you will always find in our dishes is the Love.
Rob is a very well-traveled Chef. He has been all over Europe, the Middle East and Asia, to name a few. However, the inspiration for the menu here at RoMo’s is mainly derived from his upbringing. As a child he moved nearly every year. Throughout these travels all over our amazing home country our dear chef developed a very keen sense of casual and contemporary American cuisine.
From not only visiting but more often living in a large portion of the states he has the skill and expertise to bring these flavors in their truest form to your plate with his personal refinement.
Outside of the inspiration for the menu our food is sourced locally and fresh to the best of our ability and availability. RoMo’s is a small business and supports local growers and producers. We pride ourselves in preparing everything in-house and producing with no outsourcing.
